Payment & Cancellations
Last updated: November 2025
A clear guide to how I handle deposits, cancellations, and payments. It is designed to respect both our time and energy.
Accepted payment methods
I currently accept:
Bank Transfer
Cash (Euro only)
Additional methods may be accepted on request, with advance notice.
Currency
I accept Euro only.
All investments are quoted and payable in Euro. If you’re sending payment from outside the Eurozone, please ensure the correct amount is received after any currency conversion or transfer fees.
Rates are non-negotiable and must be paid in full in the stated currency.
Any cash notes must be current European Central Bank issue. I do not accept damaged or defaced notes under any circumstance.
Refunds & rescheduling
More than 48 hours’ notice:
Your deposit becomes a credit valid for 90 days toward a future booking in Luxembourg. This acknowledges that I travel to Luxembourg specifically for bookings, so simple date transfers aren’t always possible, but I want to honour your commitment.
Less than 48 hours’ notice:
Your deposit is forfeited. No credit, no refund, no exceptions.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice and only paid a partial deposit, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of the full booking.
If I must cancel for any reason:
You may choose between a full refund or a credit valid for 120 days for any future booking.
No-shows & last-minute disrespect
If you do not show up and do not communicate, I will reach out once via email as a safety check-in.
Failure to respond means future bookings will require full pre-payment and may be declined altogether.
Any form of disrespect, dishonesty, or boundary-pushing will result in immediate termination of our engagement and forfeiture of any and all payments.
A gentle note on mental health...
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you’ve missed a date or had to cancel due to mental health struggles, please take care of yourself first.
When you’re ready, and if it feels right, you’re welcome to reach out again. I’ll make sure to do the same.
