A clear guide to deposits, cancellations, and payment methods.
Deposit & Payment
A 40% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due at the start of our date.
Deposits (bank transfer only):
I accept Euro, GBP, USD, and CHF. Deposit amounts in other currencies will be calculated at the current exchange rate. Any conversion or transfer fees are your responsibility.
Remaining balance (in-person):
Euro cash only. Please arrive with the correct amount in current European Central Bank issue notes.
All rates are quoted in Euro. Additional payment methods may be accepted on request with advance notice.
Currency
All rates are quoted and payable in Euro only.
If sending payment from outside the Eurozone, ensure the correct amount is received after any currency conversion or transfer fees.
Cash notes must be current European Central Bank issue. I do not accept damaged or defaced notes.
Rates are non-negotiable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
More than 48 hours notice: Your deposit becomes a credit valid for 90 days toward a future Luxembourg booking.
Less than 48 hours notice: Your deposit is forfeited.
If I must cancel: You choose between a full refund or 120-day credit for any future booking.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice and only paid a partial deposit, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
No-Show & Late Arrivals
No-show: I’ll reach out once as a safety check. No response means future bookings require full pre-payment or may be declined.
Late arrivals (15+ minutes without notice): Our time together will be shortened accordingly. The full rate still applies.
Disrespect & Boundary Violations
Any form of disrespect, dishonesty, or boundary-pushing results in immediate termination of our engagement with forfeiture of all payments and permanent removal from future consideration.
A Note on Difficult Times
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you’ve needed to cancel due to mental health struggles or personal crisis, please take care of yourself first. When you’re ready, you’re welcome to reach out again.
